Hi, my name is Lily Mayo and I’m an artist. I grew up in a small town in southern Oregon at the base of the Siskiyou mountains. Most of my art is inspired by the landscape’s plants and wildlife of Oregon. I hold a deep respect for the natural world, and I want to preserve it by making art and taking photographs that feature its beauty. I value a holistic lifestyle and do my best to keep balance between my mind body and spirit. In the 19 years that I’ve been alive I’ve practiced in watercolors, pencil, acrylic paints, oil paints, ceramics, Photography, digital art, web design, and relief printing. I've become skilled in some of these mediums, and I continue to learn more about them every day. I know I will be a student the rest of my life because I love to learn, and there are so many skills that interest me.
